LGBTI+ Youth Marched to KWAMAKHUTHA Police Station

June 16 was the saddest day in KwaZulu Natal kwaMakhutha township where the youth of 2021 had to march for SAPS poor service delivery.

Another innocent life lost in KZN – Kwamakhutha through hatecrime. Body of a young woman Anele Bhengu 22yrs was found at the open field in a pool of blood,brutally killed Sunday 13.06.2021 allegedly raped and stabbed to death, cut- throat & stomach intestines were out.

The LGBTIQA+ Human beings and Kwa Makhutha community members marched to kwaMakhutha Police Station on Youth Day the 16th and handed over Memorundum with grievances to the Station Commander.

lgbtqi+ Youth day, was for justice to be done. In the Memorundum they also included poor service. They demanded change in the entire Police Station. They also demanded justice within 7 days to find and arrest the suspect.

It was reported that one of the suspect hung himself and left an apology letter and he said he was not alone, he was with friends but never mentioned the names.The other suspect was found in Portshepstone South Coast, It was the Community members who gathered, searched for him and called the police.

The funeral is planned to take place on Sunday at KwaMAKHUTHA details will be shared on our social Media Facebook.
