The night was filled with moffies galore as Intombi YesGodi – uniqmgazinesa and Aluta Humbane Productions team was given front row to the event  hosted by our own Miss Thamie Williams – and Oscar Braxton – of Oscar Creations.

The Drag show according to Thamie, aims to encourage young homosexuals to be enthusiastic about school; and make getting an education fashionable.  Was indeed electrifying,  especially the swim wear category – and the Gobisiqolo Dancers led by Sandy Nene In their school uniforms.

Spotted Prince Nsibande of House of Inxulumakazi, Sphe Msimanga, Mel Shelembe, pops nabanye onontandokubukwe bezitabane ezinhle.

Peaches and Caramel, looked too sexy, kodwa engabe niyajola yini? You looked too cosy, Intombi YesGodi wants to know.

Durban socialite; and blogger, Sandy Nene – my baby, next time I see you sleeping emjujumeni – uzovuka emnyngo.
Ms Leticia Sishi, you still look fabulous.

The night was reminiscent of the good old jucyy lucy days at B-zone, as Drag queens flaunted their sexuality freely – and proudly.

The night  climaxed with Roxie Mckurthy. Who has fast become a favorite amongst the community for her bold participation – and confidence in these peagants.

‘Sisi kungakuhle ufunde ukuhamba nge heel, Hhybo – imihlola le obuyenza’.
Having said that – Intombi YesGodi admires your courage. You inspire me. (Claps once)

I want to thank the organizers, and Urban Lounge for creating such a space.

A place where we can ‘BE’
